The standard the pages aim for
Kitchen Remodel Santa Clarita is built to reach the AA level of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, known as WCAG 2.1, from the World Wide Web Consortium. Level AA covers the everyday barriers: text too faint to read, controls a keyboard cannot reach, form fields with no label and pages that fall apart when the text is enlarged.
It is a target the site is tested against, not a claim that every page already meets it.
How each update is checked
Before any update to the site is published, an automated accessibility scanner called axe goes through every page twice: once at the width of a phone and once at the width of a desktop screen. The latest scan reported no serious or critical issues.
A scanner finds only part of what a person would. A hands on review, moving through each page with a keyboard alone and then listening to it with a screen reader, is planned and has not been carried out yet.
Reporting a barrier
Send the estimate form with An accessibility problem chosen. Name the page and describe what got in your way. Mentioning your device, browser or assistive software is welcome but not required.

We answer within 2 business days and aim to remove the barrier within 45 days. Where a fix will run past that, we let you know the reason and a new target date.
The contractor's own documents
This site introduces homeowners to one licensed contractor. That contractor's quote, contract, invoices and any online tools are theirs rather than part of this site, so a problem with one of them goes to the contractor.
